The law firm of Behn & Wyetzner Chartered was dissolved by agreement of Michael Behn and Linda Wyetzner on November 30, 2025. Michael and Linda are now practicing law separately as sole practitioners. They continue to specialize in prosecuting fraud, protecting employees’ rights, and zealously representing whistleblowers.

With the consent of their clients, Michael and Linda will continue to serve as counsel together with other firms for plaintiffs or relators in the cases in which they are currently counsel or co-counsel. The dissolution of Behn & Wyetzner has had and will have no impact on the vigorous pursuit of those cases.
